Kixeye - Complained about issues with war commander
i complained about issues popping up in the game,the answer i got was always the same ie-clear the cache and refresh.i did all the stuff they tell you to do before playing this game,every time,i was eventually told, that because i hadnt paid for $50 worth of gold i didnt qualify for support.i had 3 accounts on war commander at the time,all of which had gold spent on them at one time or another,ammounting to a lot more than $50.things got that bad it seemed like i was put on autoreply,that is to say there were no words in the replies i got from whoever it is that supports customers.i have lost that account on the kixeye site due to not recognising the password i used,so i opened another account start of the week with the same avatar and now the game wont load up.it also has the same e-mail as the account i lost.im seriously thinking of asking to get my money back that i spent on this game,dont think i will get anything back but i will not go away!!!!!!!im very tenacious and resourceful and will do more to get satisfaction on my own behalf.BEWARE KIXEYE I AM NOT GOING AWAY.!!!!!!!
