i was suspended of war commander i have sent 2 tickets to customer support and have had no reply over a period of 24 hours and still have not received a response from Ur customer support team i find this very poor customer service

when i get answer that from automatic answering machine as i have spent hard earned cash on ur product and feel i have been ignored this is not the first time i have been ignored by Ur so called customer support team i hope if i remain suspended that the gold i had remaining will be reimbursed as i have lost out financially and have not been able to play on my act for no reason at all

I have spent well over $100 on this game and spent hundreds of hours and hundreds of thousands of clicks to get high level and what i get is keep losing connection, glitch, clone, they can't fix it immediately and the worst things in 3 day's they can't explain why they banned my acc.

what evidence do they have when i'm using gold and still have 84 gold left on my acc, it was automatic answer machine whatsoever thats is radiculous!!! answer

you cheated somehow and that's why they banned you.they're under no obligation to tell you HOW they caught you cheating but you did.

99% of these posts are all the same "I did nothing wrong and they wont tell me what I did"

well no $hit Sherlock, they won't tell you or you'd get another account and keep on doing it.

its against their rules and they do NOT have to tell you HOW they caught you, again only that you are suspended.it's THEIR product and if you read the fine print they can severe your connection at any time for any or NO reason at all.

get off your soap box and find another time & money sink to invest in, this game sucks so why bother ?
