I spent £11.22GBP on a Harlocks Tideseeker fleet in a time limited offer. I never received the fleet and by the time I finally got through to support the offer had ended, however Kixeye still kept the money and are refusing to refund it despite the fact that they failed to deliver what was purchased.

If this was Amazon for example I would get either another item sent in place or have money refunded and your rights protect you for this but it seems that with in game purchases we have little or no protection. This cannot be right.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Attitude to customers rights.
